Urban Village Property is a privately owned property development company. Our projects include trade sales developments and mixed use live and work developments. We aim to deliver great places to work or live.

Vantage Point, in Silverdale Auckland, is currently being developed by Urban Village as a Mixed Commercial Trade centre. This quality, new build consists of 18 trade sales/warehouse units plus a café and dairy.

Urban Village have proudly chosen Matvin Group Ltd to project manage this development. Our Project Control Group consists of a carefully selected group of professional consultants.

Our larger site in Cambridge is a proposed two stage development.
Stage 1 will comprise of 24 live/work units. Each unit will be two level and involve a commercial use component.Clever design will provide owners with multi-use options. For example, they may choose to run a small business below and reside above or storage below and offices above. There are numerous use options. Restrictive use covenants will provide comfort for all occupants. Details of Stage 2 will be released at a later date.
