Silverdale

The Area

Silverdale is located in the Rodney District of Auckland and is about a 30 minute drive from the Auckland CBD. Silverdale is one of Aucklands top five areas of significant development and is experiencing huge growth both residentially and commercially. The Millwater housing development (situated between Silverdale and Orewa) is well under way and will house over 10,000 residents when complete. Orewa and Whangaparaoa are within a short travelling distance.
